Can I make a return?

Absolutely! Please see our return policy in our terms and conditions.

Can I write a personal message to the recipient of my Digital Gift Card?

YES, during the checkout process, you are able to write your own personal message for the lucky gift recipient.

Do you have a Gift Card?

Yes, we offer a Digital Gift Card. Simply go to the Gift Shop page, select the Digtial Gift Card option, choose the amount you want to gift and complete the online payment. You can enter your recipient’s email address on the cart page and once your order has gone through, a welcome confirmation email will be sent immediately to your recipient announcing that you have sent them a Digital Gift Card. You can also choose a specific date you would like us to send the email to the recipient. They will be provided a unique user name to log in and simply activate their account. You can also send the email to yourself and print the card so you can gift it in person.

Do you have express shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, if you have a rush order, please contact us and we will try to assist you as best we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are shipping only within Australia and to New Zealand (excluded Soapscription products). If you are from the USA please go to www.australianbotanicalsoap.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply log in to your "My Account" (next to cart in the top right corner) and select "Subscriptions" from the Dashboard on the left-hand side. From there, you can adjust or cancel your subscription anytime. Ensure you click "Save" to record the new changes.

Be sure to cancel at least 10 working days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

How does "Soaprise You" subscription work?

Too busy to make a selection or just can't make your mind up about what amazing fragrance to choose? Let us jump in and help. Our Soapscription team will make the selection for you and come up with a soaprise box you are sure to enjoy. If you would like our team to keep selecting for you, simply leave your "Soaprise You" option selected or login into your account and choose another option.

How does my Soapscription work?

Easy! First, select the box that best suits you or your family. Second, choose from our expertly selected fragrance boxes or build your own box. Third, pick the frequency you would like to receive your boxes of soap eg. every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. Finally, enter your shipping and billing information, and voila! A cleaner, healthier life awaits you. We ship your Soapscription box right to your door according to your frequency selected.

If you don’t have time, simply leave it up to us and we’ll “Soaprise” you with new exciting fragrances chosen by us on your behalf.

All orders are billed immediately online and you can manage your plan and review your subscription details at all times by simply logging into your "My Account" Dashboard. (next to your cart in the top right corner)

How long does shipping take?

Orders are often delivered between 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We send via Sendle and Australia Post.
Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates only. Once an order is dispatched, your order is the responsibility of each carrier's network. From time to time, the Australia Post and Sendle networks experience delays and this may push out your delivery timeframe. We do not accept any responsibility for delays due to the carrier's network.

I want to treat a special friend to a Soapscription as a gift. What can I do?

If I subscribe, when will I receive my Soapscription shipment?

If you’re a new subscriber, we will aim to deliver your first order within 5-7 working days from the date of your first purchase. If you’re an existing subscriber, your next order will be delivered according to your frequency date chosen.

You can also simply log into your "My Account" (next to cart in the top right corner) and review all your account details including your next shipping date.

What about your credit card security?

For additional security, we use Stripe.com, PayPal, and/or other reputable merchant processors to process all orders and do not store any credit card information on our servers.

What are you soap bars made from?

Our soap bars are made from a sustainable plant oil base. In our natural soap range, we have used a natural preservative and natural fragrances, these bars are 100% naturally derived. Sustainable Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water (Aqua), Fragrance (Perfume), Glycerine, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Sodium Chloride, Sodium Gluconate, Titanium Dioxide.

What are your delivery methods?

Your box is sent through a third-party courier service, Sendle. It will arrive between Monday to Friday usually within 5-7 working days of the order or renewal date. For the safety of everyone, our delivery services are conducting contactless deliveries. Therefore, no signature is required upon delivery of parcels.

What happens if I move or need to change my address?

No problem! Wherever you go, we are here for you. To change your address, log into your “My Account” (next to cart in the top right corner) and select "Addresses" on the left-hand side. From there, you can edit your address details and shipping information for your subscription. Be sure to click “Save,” so that your changes are locked in!

What is your Return Policy?

If any item you purchase from ABS is damaged or wrongly supplied, we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Please note that if we are unable to replace a returned item (which may be the case where the item in question is discontinued) we will offer a similar item of equal value.

Please include the order number and reason for the return, and provide photographic evidence of any visible damage to the item/s. If we ask you to return the item, ABS will bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.

What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

We use natural soy wax and cotton wicks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept online credit card payments and PayPal.

What size are the soap bars?

All soap bars sold online are 140 grams.

Will I be charged for cancelling my subscription?

No! You can cancel your subscription free of charge at any time. Be sure to cancel at least 10 working days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

Will my Digital Gift Card expire?

Gift Cards DO NOT expire.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, when you order your subscription, you'll automatically be signed up to receive recurring orders. Visit the "My Account" page and select “Subscriptions” where you can adjust or cancel your subscription anytime.
