We offer two different standard shipping rates within Australia - one with AusPost and one with Sendle. Both are calculated at checkout depending on the Weight/Volume as well as the Postcode of the order. We do NOT offer Express Shipping.

Yes, we do allow deliveries to PO Boxes but please select the AusPost shipping option at checkout as Sendle DOES NOT send to PO Boxes.
If Sendle is selected as the shipping option but the delivery address is a PO Box, we wil not fulfill the order and will get in contact with you to organise a new order with the correct shipping option selected.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Our team usually pack orders promptly after placement so we are unable to cancel orders after they have been picked up by a courier.

Tracking and shipping confirmations are processed once the order has been booked in to be picked up by a courier. If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 24hrs, we ask that you contact us via enquiries@australianbotanicalsoap.com.au
In the case that our courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you or multiple failed attempts to reach you at the point of delivery, your order will be returned to sender. Australian Botanical Soap is not responsible for any costs involved in resending your package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. For products purchased through an Australian Botanical Soap stockist, returns must be organised through the place of purchase. Please note the returns policy of Australian Botanical Soap items within these stores is at the discretion of the given stores returns policy.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a replacement. Please note, to organise a replacement we require images of the damaged items. Australian Botanical Soap is only responsible for replacing the items that have been damaged during transit, not your entire order.
Australian Botanical Soap reserves the right to select which outcome either refund or replacement best suits your situation.
You will not be responsible for any costs involving the delivery of replacement items.
If items within your order are faulty in any way, we will do our upmost to help resolve this issue promptly. If you have experienced a fault within your Australian Botanical Soap products please email us via enquiries@australianbotanicalsoap.com.au, please note we will require images and a description of the fault to process your request. If your item is deemed faulty, we can offer you either a product replacement or full refund. Australian Botanical Soap reserves the right to select which outcome either refund or replacement best suits your situation. Refunds will be processed promptly to the same method that you made payment. Please note it may be requested that the product is returned to Australian Botanical Soap, if this is the case, Australian Botanical Soap will cover any costs involved with returned shipping due to product fault.
