Australianbotanicalsoap.com.au promises you'll be happy with your purchases and we will do all we can to make this happen. If you have any issues, complaints, problems, etc. please contact us at enquiries@australianbotanicalsoap.com.au and we'll work to resolve the matter as fast as we can. We want you to love your products and be happy 🙂

Any products purchased by you from this site will be shipped by a third party carrier. All title in and risk to such products will pass to you upon delivery to the third party carrier by ABS. All orders are generally shipped within 5-7 working days of the purchase date via our trusty Aussie couriers Sendle or Australia Post, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In the case of missing items or wrong items shipped, we reserve the right to refund you the full amount or the cost of the items and the shipping in lieu of shipping missing items. Wrong Address Charges: If your order contains a wrong address or is missing information that is needed to deliver your order, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (but let’s always chat about this).

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to your purchase of products and/or services offered on this website by Australianbotanicalsoap.com.au (the “Company”). By placing your order, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply unless you have a separate purchase agreement with the Company, in which case the separate agreement shall govern.

Shipping and handling fees are included with your purchase unless otherwise indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. You must notify us within 30 days of the date of your order if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged. Please email a photo of your damaged shipment to team@soapscription.com.au. Shipping dates are estimates only.

Payment terms are within the Company's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by the Company, payment for any renewal subscription will be made on the chosen renewal date provided and agreed to at the time of purchase.

Digital Gift Cards and product purchases are stand alone purchases and will be billed at the time of purchase.

Your order is subject to cancellation by the Company, at the Company's sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by the Company and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Soapscription offers subscribers to choose the frequency of their soap box order and renewal dates are scheduled based on this chosen frequency. By purchasing a subscription, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and you hereby authorise ABS to bill your credit card as described. If your subscription ever renews and you don't want it to, please contact as fast as possible so we can do our best to rectify the situation. If this is at all confusing, please email us for clarification!

Simply log in to your "My Account" (next to cart in the top right corner) and select "Subscriptions" from the Dashboard on the left hand side. From there, you can adjust or cancel your subscription anytime. Ensure you click "Save" to record the new changes.

You MUST cancel at least 10 working days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

You must be over 18 to register for a subscription purchase on this Site. ABS may, at any time at our sole discretion, revoke your subscription for any reason, including but not limited to, for breach of these Terms.

If any item you purchase from ABS is damaged or wrongly supplied, we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Please note that if we are unable to replace a returned item (which may be the case where the item in question is discontinued) we will offer a similar item of equal value.

Please include the order number and reason for the return, and provide photographic evidence of any visible damage to the item/s. If we ask you to return the item, ABS will bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.

Simply log in to your "My Account" (next to cart in the top right corner) and select "Addresses" from the Dashboard on the left hand side. From there, you can adjust or change your address anytime. Ensure you click "Save" to record the new changes.

In order to affect a particular Soapscription shipment, you must submit your address change at least 10 working days prior to your next renewal delivery cycle. ABS is unable to provide refunds for any address changes that come in on or after this 10 working day renewal date. Regardless, please email us and we will always try to help.

For additional security, we use PayPal, a reputable merchant processor to process all orders and do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Your use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) Your use of this Site must, at all times, be in compliance with these Terms and must only be for your own, non-commercial, personal use. You are responsible for all communications, including but not limited to, the transmission, uploading or posting of information onto or through this Site by you or through your login and you shall be responsible for the consequences of any such communications to the Site.

(b) You must not use the Site for any of the following purposes, which are expressly prohibited by ABS:

(i) Communicating, transmitting, posting or uploading of any material that infringes on any rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, of any third party.

(ii) Communicating, transmitting, posting or uploading any information, content or material which is untrue, inaccurate, obscene, libelous or abusive.

(iii) Engaging in any conduct that would violate any law or regulation in any applicable jurisdiction.

(iv) Attempting to interfere in any way with the Site’s or ABS’s network security, or attempting to use the Site’s service to gain unauthorised access to any other computer system or network.

(c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login details and You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your login. You must notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorised use or misuse of your account or where there is any other breach of security.

(d) ABS reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time and for any reason without notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms each time You use the Site.

(e) We reserve the right to, at any time and without notice to You, revise the products and services available on and through this Site and to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Site without liability to You or to any third party.

(f) ABS may, at our sole discretion, impose rules for and limits on the use of this Site by You or any other member or restrict Your access to part, or all, of the Site without notice or penalty. Any such rules, limits or restrictions shall be incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Your use of this Site is, at all times, entirely at your own risk. Except in respect of any content submitted by Subscribers, ABS shall use reasonable endeavors to ensure that any information on this Site is complete, reliable and up to date. Notwithstanding this, neither we nor any third party makes any warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, or suitability of any information, product, or materials found on this Site. You acknowledge that any such information may contain errors or inaccuracies and Soapscription expressly excludes any liability, which may arise. Where any such inaccuracies or errors do occur, We may correct that information without any liability to You or any third party. Soapscription does not make any guarantee as to the availability or suitability of products on this Site. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of a product or service for you and ABS expressly excludes all liability in relation to this. ABS reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, limit the quantity of products purchased by any User through this site at any time and for any reason.

Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, ABS, its subsidiaries, assigns and third party providers shall not, under any circumstances be liable to You or any other User of this Site for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages whether based on contract or tort arising out of Your use or inability to use this Site. ABS’s total liability to You shall be limited to the amount paid by You to Us for Your subscription period during which the event giving rise to the liability occurs. This Clause applies in respect of all content, information, products and services available on or through this Site.

ABS reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or its services or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree ABS will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or services or any part thereof.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ABS online account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your ABS account. You agree to immediately notify ABS of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. ABS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless ABS and its subsidiaries and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs (including legal fees) and expenses which arise directly or indirectly from Your use of this Site, any breach by You of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, or any breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

This Site contains materials that are owned by or licensed to ABS. These materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics and are protected by applicable copyright, trademarks or other relevant proprietary rights and laws. You must not use, reproduce, sell, license, display, publish, adapt, edit or in any way create derivative works from any of the content or materials contained on this Site. You may not create a link to this Site from another website or document without the prior written consent of ABS. ABS does not claim ownership of any content or materials You make available through the Site however you grant ABS a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such content or materials or part thereof without any obligation of compensation or attribution to You. You represent, warrant and covenant to Us that You have the full right to grant to ABS the right to use such content or materials in the manner specified in this Clause.
